My research in the Diaz lab involves drafting single-cell atlases of pediatric and adult gliomas. Also, I study the effect of standard therapy on clonal selection and microenvironmental composition of glioblastoma. In addition, I perform functional analysis to investigate the impact of immunotherapy in the enrichment of T-cells and to elucidate the effect of mutant-gliomas inhibition of local immunosuppression.
