Jangham Jung, PhD, develops single-cell genetic lineage-tracing approaches to study how developmental and neurogenic regulatory programs shape cellular plasticity, tumor evolution, and treatment response in medulloblastoma and other brain tumors. His work combines engineered barcodes, single-cell and spatial profiling, computational inference, and orthotopic models to define how cell-state transitions and lineage-specific programs contribute to tumor progression and therapeutic resistance.
